Hello,
I have a web based application, that I need to host on IIS.
but I have 2 or more Database as per Fiscal year and going on one is Fix MasterDB and as per Year we create New One like 2015DB , 2016DB and going.


My questions is that I Login with masterDB user credentials but transaction should happen as per fiscal year and

I need to create the Dynamic Database connection string for Transaction as per Fiscal year selected on Dropdown list in Login Page.

Please guys let me know how can i do that ,

As I understand it, you log in and connect to MasterDB and wish to connect to other DB's per a drop list or other selector:

Try "USE DATABASENAME" as per here[^]

I am assuming that these database are all on the same database server instance.
