So.. For my personal project I chose to create a website using html and css and my goal was to creating a website for student council members. My problem is that I made a section, where you can write your email, name and message for further information for my clients. However, how can I create a server that I can receive messages? I mean they will send messages with email and I have to recieve but I don't know how to send their messages to me. Please help.

Basically I researched where I can change the codes to make server. but I still don't know where to put codings. In addition, will it cost money??? Please help
