Is there are way to trace the folder create series or order which folder was created first.

Example I have 3 folders in my computer
Folder 1
Folder 2
Folder 3
I created folder 1 on 1st January 2017
I created folder 2 on 2nd January 2017
I created folder 3 on 3rd January 2017
On 4th January 2017 I rename the folders and also change "Created Date" of folder with Attribute Changer.
My Question :
Is there are way to find the original "Created Date" of folder
Or
In order the folders are created, like Folder 1 was created first then Folder 2 and last Folder 3

What I have tried:

Not sure what to do? or what software can use or i have to get help from Hard disk manufacturer.

If you manually alter them, you have discarded the previous values. If you have a good backup regimen, you should be able to recover the info from there.
