The book "MCSD Certification Toolkit" has sample project code that you can download into Visual Studio but when you try to open the program files with Visual Studio you get error messages of files not found. Is there a way of loading files successfully into Visual Studio ?

Start where you downloaded the files from: the publisher should be able to help you or point you at an updated version of the files.

It's quite possible that you are using the wrong version of VS - an early version trying to read later project files perhaps.
But only the publisher can really help you work that out - we do not necessarily own a copy of the book, so we can't legally download the sample files.
