That link appears to be a Chinese copy of an original article from 2006, so it's A) pretty old, and B) unlikely to be supported there.
Find the original, contact the author, and see if he is willing to help - he may have a later version, or at least may know it better than a random website would.
Alternatively, find a more recent control that does the same thing and that does have support.
