We really can't help you: C and C# are completely different languages - one is Native, one is IL via the .NET framework - and it is pretty much impossible to get usable code back from a C EXE file, even if that was not in breach of copyright and licence agreements: which it almost certainly would be in both EXE file cases. And we do not help anyone breach copyright or license agreements - this is a professional site for professional developers.

Go back to the people who wrote them, and explain your problem in good detail to them: they may have a fix for it already.
