I Need Jquery Plugin For set particular second to Countdown the Timer or set particular Seconds to Increment onwards time.

What I have tried:

now i am using Timeto jquery plugin thats support only on set particular seconds countdown worked well but some case i need increment Ex (12:32:03,12:32:04,12:32:05).
