I want to create a secure excel online sales format Where
1) Multiple employees can edit the content
2) For me delete the file from the original source incase it gets in the wrong hands

What i am afraid is that if my employees copy the link and send it to somebody then they will simply have all the access they want to copy my company secrets. Excel password protect and encryption is not available in the online version.

How do i protect my workbook in such a way that only my staffs should be able to edit and view it and then it should not get in the wrong hands. I also should be able to change the file documents in case it gets in the wrong hands. my preference was excel online coz employees could edit and use it simultaneously but I am afraid they can sell it to the wrong person and all they have to do is copy the link and send it to them.

What I have tried:

Using password protection and exception but that does not work in the online version.
