I am able to add the footer in the pages that are getting added in this control in the PageAdded event, but event is not getting fired for the first page so not able to add the Footer for the first page, I tried so many other way directly adding the footer to pagelayout still not displaying the footer, not finding any solution. Any one faced similar issue reuqest you to help me with the solution.
