Recently I've embarked on developing a VOIP application. With the help of Codeproject and several Google searches I found a lot of help in this particular topic. Unfortunately my luck ran out after discovering there was a means to transmit the VOIP calls to a traditional line. This then presented a challenge since no material is available in this topic (pc-phone telephony), not even a base of where to start. I would be grateful if anyone could help me in this ordeal as this is a learning experience. Thanks in advance

I think you need to start somewhere like here[^] to work out what sort of signal the phone system expects, so you can write software to bridge your VOIP calls with the standard telephony system.
