特定的SQL Server代理（SQL Express）服务已停止。
在本地计算机上使用MSSQL2008和前端使用Visual Studio 2010.
为此我无法连接到前端和后端。

I working developing a windows application in which SQL Server Services
particular SQL Server Agent(SQL Express) service is stopped.
its on Local Machine Using MSSQL2008 and Front end with Visual Studio 2010.
For this I am unable to connect to Front End and Back End.
Please Guide As Soon As Possible
What I have tried:
Went Properties with Made it Local Machine and Disable my computers many services like anti virus scanner
