You've got quite a bit of learning to do! And strictly speaking this question is off-topic for this forum.

There are several free tutorials on all of the subjects you list - use Google (or your favourite search engine) to find the websites to help. And check out the Microsoft documentation for tutorials too - for example

Get hold of a good book - use the reviews from a site like Amazon to get an idea of how good (or bad) each book is. You don't have to buy them from there. You can often find free electronic copies of some books too. Avoid books that have "Learn xxxx in 21 days" or "Dummy's guide to xxxx" - they are not necessarily bad books but you will just have to spend more money on more in-depth books once you've got past the basics

My personal thoughts are - don't try to do too much at once. This is not going to be an overnight learning exercise! Get the basics of one subject solid (I suggest starting with SQL as it will make things easier later) before moving on to the next.
