how to implement rijndael symmetric encryption in uwp. I'm not even able to add its dll. When I'm Trying to install it

using Install-Package Cryptorgaphy

it is showing error as "Cryptorgaphy 0.0.6 is not compatible with UAP,Version=v10.0 (win10-x64-aot)."
