I want to make budget note app in windows store app , of course i need a database to save all of the data , but i don't know what kind of good database for windows store (is it sqlite , or another) , please give me advice what should i use to save my db for my app ?

If you need a DB, and it's single user / offline then SQLite is a very good choice.
The other alternative would be Access via ODBC, or SQLCE (but that's not a good choice for new projects - it looks to be pretty much end-of-life as far as MS are concerned)
Alternatively, it you don't need multiple tables, frequent changes, and such like then XML files work pretty well too, and have a small footprint.
