I am trying to implement Enhanced Remedy Macro code to create/update remedy tikcets available on this link, for that need help on how to set up pre-requisites in my laptop and how to make it work.

I have read the link and downloaded the program.zip file in my laptop, .NET framework is installed on my system, but I didn't found ARAPI.net in C drive as mentioned in given link.
