If you have been given a homework assignment, then the first thing to do is: read your lecture notes, and any books you have been told to get.
The first thing they should explain is what language you are supposed to be learning - so use that. You should also find enough information in your notes to explain what database to use, and how you use it in the language you are supposed to be studying.

After that, it's up to you to get started: we do not do your homework: it is set for a reason. It is there so that you think about what you have been told, and try to understand it. It is also there so that your tutor can identify areas where you are weak, and focus more attention on remedial action.

Try it yourself, you may find it is not as difficult as you think!
