You can't really convert one to the other as they rely on totally different underlying frameworks, you're just going to have to re-write your app as a web site. Editing PDF files etc are hard things to do as websites though, and generating documents like PDF files is one of the most commonly asked questions so google what libraries etc are out there to help you.
