We facing an error in

Server was unable to process request. ---threw an exception. ---> [DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen (Connect()).]SQL Server does not exist or access denied.

we turned off the firewall.Please help to resolve the DBNETLIB Issue.

What I have tried:

We tried to fetch the datas from remote server.Then we face this issue.We contacted with them,they are telling its from our side issue.

Either you are referencing the wrong SQL server instance name, providing the wrong authorization details in terms of username and password, or the server is not configured to allow remote connections and you are coming from a different domain.
