1. Parse Error. Parser Error Message: The file '/User Master. Master' does
not exist.
2. Configuration Error. Parser Error Message: Unrecognized attribute
'targetFramework'. Note that attribute names are case-sensitive.

What I have tried:

. We are facing an issue to access our asp.net
