adobe Reader DC 2015.010 enable protected mode in Administrator ..... when i run the C# app in Sub user using "Run as Administrator" PDF not opening
its only problem in windows 10
its working fine in other windows versions

You have to change User Access Control settings...
Go to Control Panel\User Accounts and Family Safety\User Accounts, pick Change User Account Control settings, set the proper notification level...
