Hello Everyone,

I am new to programming!
Can someone tell me if we can do keypress event in asp.net using java script or JQuery? or the steps to do this?

I have fields like mobile, amount where i don't want to display meg box rather i want to block characters using keypress event.

Don't know how to do it in c# is it possible?

The validation rules, which is did not share with us, are on you. My only advice is: don't make them too complicated, it could greatly confuse the user. For example, don't make the rules position or context sensitive. Just filter our unwanted characters.
