I have a solution with three vb ptojects in visual studio 2013. After closing the solution or vs2013, open my solution again, it does not retain the StartUp project selected and does not remain open the files what I've worked last. Can any one suggest me how I can manage it ?

I'm wondering what you did to turn it off! What you describe is the default behavior of Visual Studio and those things are saved in the solution file.

Try this. Close Visual Studio. Go into Explorer and turn on viewing hidden files. Open the project folder in Explorer and look for the .suo file for your solution. Delete that and then open your solution again.
