No way. It's not because this is impossible, this is because the whole idea makes no sense. There is no such concept as "add application", and cannot be. Moreover, using any kind of Windows (Linux, Android — you name it) code in a Web application is complete nonsense, and it should be obvious to anyone who knows what Web really does.

For a Web application (page, site), UI lives in the browser and nowhere else. And that UI is multiplatform, so you cannot even talk about any particular native UI API. Server side only supplies resources (data), performs calculation, data management and so on, anything except UI. The UI ASP.NET component is nothing but convenient development-time metaphor, illusion for those who don't understand what really happens to the ASP.NET code; all its activity translates to HTML, JavaScript and other data formats specific to Web and rendered in the browser (other resources can be saved in a file on the client side). So, you have to work on this level, too. Explanation on how to do it will probably go beyond the format of the forum — the answer would be: learn to use ASP.NET.
