So, my android HTC Desire Eye is Fallout themed, and I'm trying to implement a feature in which when my phone is charging, a little Stimpak icon pops up. I have the icon I want and everything, the problem is... I have absolutely zero coding experience. I want to make it so the widget (forget to meantion I'm trying to make it a widget,) is always on the screen, but hides when charger plugged in = false, but shows the Stimpak icon when charger plugged in = true. Could anybody help me and/or give me code...? (If needed I could give Stimpak icon.)

Sorry, but this site does not provide code to order, and unless you are a reasonably competent programmer it is most unlikely you could do this. For a start you would need to learn Java programming, Android Studio, and how to use the Android emulator to test your code.
