Firstly thanks for the Creating branded my site in sharepoint aticle,

I was wondering if you could help me am trying to apply a persific master but diffrent coloured css (ie master page) basded on a user, for example if the user works in finiance i want it to have the custom finince my site master page.

Do you have any idea how to do this......
