当我调试CommPortIdentifier.getPortIdentifiers（）时，在枚举列表中出现null。如何解决这个问题以及需要哪个jar文件？

I want to test serial COM test simple program in netbean 7.0.
When i debug CommPortIdentifier.getPortIdentifiers() , null occur in Enumeration list. How to solve this problem and which jar file is needed ?
