iam confuse ,which is better for job oriented course,
oracle rac or oracle apps .
what is main b/w them
and which is more demand in today's market ?

I can't see how these two would actually be compared. If you have interest towards DBA positions and want to specialize in clustered environments, RAC is one of the technologies to learn. Then again if you want to work with business applications then Oracle Apps is a family of products that may be interesting (financial, CRM, ERP etc).

However, I don't see any point of trying to learn things technology oriented. I believe that in the long run it would be better to understand the business oriented principles behind the technologies.
