然后创建安装文件（使用instalsheild 2010）并安装在其他PC上，

对接数据库是只读的，程序发送错误时CRUD！

If you are installing to "Program Files" and you are not an administrator then that folder and anything under it will be read-only.

Install to another folder i.e. c:\appname

Probably, it's where you put the file.
