You can always do it. It depends on what installation toolkit you are using; I would recommend Microsoft open-source WiX:

This is the only legitimate product I know. But whatever it is, better don't use Setup project template which used to be bundled with Visual Studio: Microsoft phased it out, for some good reasons.
