can you please help me the code for below query.

I am having some websites in IIS. By clicking button in windows app i need to get list of websites that are available in IIS.

Please see my comment to the question. There is no such thing and even a concept.

You can simply have one Web site with the page(s) exposing URLs of the set of some other sites, no matter on what domain.
