We do not do your homework: it is set for a reason. It is there so that you think about what you have been told, and try to understand it. It is also there so that your tutor can identify areas where you are weak, and focus more attention on remedial action.

Try it yourself, you may find it is not as difficult as you think!

If you meet a specific problem, then please ask about that and we will do our best to help. But we aren't going to do it all for you!

So start with a pencil and paper, and work out what the user needs to see, what needs to be stored, and then try to do it by hand. When you have a system that works that way, it should be fairly easy to separate it into database design, and user interface (hopefully with a logic layer between them).

But this is a skill, and the only way to develop it is to try it, see what happens, and refine it to try again. Your tutor doesn't what to see our designs - he want you to think about problems then develop mechanisms for analysing and solving them. Because that is what development is all about!
