我有一个应用程序，其中应用程序文件夹中有许多视频文件。我使用了视频标签来播放视频文件。但在这种情况下，将孔文件下载到客户端然后开始播放。因此，当多个用户开始播放时，开始播放需要更多时间。所以我想流式传输视频文件。

I have an application where there are many video files in the application folder. I have used the Video tag to play video files. But in this case hole file is downloaded to the client side and then starts playing. So when multiple users starts playing it takes more time to start playing. So I want to stream video files.

There are no internet access to my application.So please help me how do i stream video files. I am ready to buy if there is any software for that.......
