Look in the top right of this page: hover your mouse over your username.
When the menu opens, click on "My Settings".
The first tab ("Account") should be displayed showing your login email.
Enter your new email, and press the button at the bottom "Save my Settings".
The system may now send a confirmation email to that address which you will have to open and click on the link (I'm not sure, I don't change my email too often).
You should then be able to logout, and login with your new email address.
