Unfortunately, Sascha is right - you are trying to run before you can walk.

What you are trying to do is not a trivial project - I wouldn't start it myself unless I had a damn good reason, like "being paid a lot of money for it" even though I'm pretty well experienced in C# and coding generally.

Generally, "ID verification through voice" (or Voice biometrics[^] to give it it's technical name) is horribly complex. It's not like a password, where you know who it's supposed to be from the username and just have to get an exact match - it's a "find the closest approximation to this sound" that is close enough to be a valid user identification. And voices and diction change a lot!

Trying to do this will very likely frustrate you, and that isn't good for learning. I'd strongly suggest that you try looking for a simpler project that would be a better "learning experience" for you, rather than possibly put you off completely.
