I have a c# application that connect with mysql database.
I made the application first on localhost database. and everything work correctly.
Now I have cpanel and i created a database in it.
how can i connect to this database ??

This is no such thing as a "database on cPanel". cPanel is nothing but a front-end application giving the access to the hosting client configuration at the level of the hosting user. One of the elements of such configuration is creating databases for your site(s). Usually the usage is described in your documentation provided by the Web hosting company. If you cannot find it, give a call to the hosting company's customer service; they usually help very promptly.
