Am getting the Com retrieval issue. Am using Microsoft.mshtml dll for doing some html document operation. Not sure why this issue happening. Some times it will get this error and some times not getting the error. Kindly help me out this issue. Thanks in advance.

Did you include this .dll and put it in the same folder with your application when you installed your app?

Don't.

The error is telling you that the registration information is screwed up. Probably because the .dll already exists in the system somewhere else and your application is using the copy that you put in your application folder.
