I want to automatic execute store procedure in sql server without SQL Server Agent>Jobs.
I am also using server but some problem i can't use sql server jobs.

You could go about this (backwards, in a sense) and have an application running with a timer. Application, of course, executes your SQL Server procedures (or anything else for which you have privileges).
