I have a basic key value table from a SQL Server Local DB. I would like to add a checkbox which expands (and contracts) the table if selected/unselected.

Start:

Add Prices With Sides: [unchecked checkbox]

Pancakes: $4.00
Waffles: $5.00

Add Prices With Sides: [checked checkbox]

Pancakes: $4.00
Pancakes With Sausage: $5.00
Waffles: $5.00
Waffles With Sausage: $6.00
