I don't think you have quite got the idea of what a row and a table are: a table is made up of "n" rows, where each row has the same number of columns - a row doesn;t contain rows at all.

If you mean you want something like an invoice where you have a document that has it's own number, date, customer reference and a set of "invoice lines":
