when i link my chilkatXml.dll through add reference with .net framework 4.0 in c# it works well but the same doesnot supports with .net framework 3.5 in C#.so alternate to it i found is to create an object of chilkatXml.dll and then to dynamically load chilkatxml.dll during runtime.
Note: chilkatxml.dll will be already present in the folder where my application exe will be executed.
