Hi,
I have multiple WAP and Services inside my solution.
I want to set one WAP as startup project(shouldn't use IIS) and remaining to be hosted on IIS(should use IIS ).

How should I do that?

To set it as start-up project, bring up the context menu and choose 'Set as Startup Project'
