I go to a msdn web site, say https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms176064.aspx[^] where there is a dropdown for "Other Versions". I am unable to use the dropdown in either IE or Chrome. Notice I have tried IE 9, 10, and 11.

Works fine in FireFox, but noticed it does not in Chrome.

This behavior is machine dependent as other machines I use work fine, so I assume it is a setting somewhere. I have no idea where to look.

Has anyone heard of this behavior before, and how do I fix it?
