I need to update firmware using c#, i am beginner in this area and trying to understand steps required to followed...

Like what information i need to have to communicate to the device..

what i have is :
1)Memory layout of the ROM that can be updated from PC
2)some protocol but i don't know how to use it...(need help how to use this)

You should talk to the people who created the device - they should provide technical support and will know more about their product than we will. If they don't, then find another supplier and demand your money back!
