I want MultiExtended selection mode in a list box but I don't want to use control key for multiple selection as in MultiSimple mode. How can I achieve this, any Idea??

AFAIK, you can't: the definition of MultiExtende3d includes the use of the CTRL key, so if you want to customise selection behaviour to not use it, you will have to handle all the selection code yourself, instead of allowing the system to do any of it.
