Hye all, kindly bear my mistakes, I am a 3rd Year Uni student (CiS student, Comp Info and Sys Engg).

I am here to ask about Ajax and jQuery for Java web services , i started learning web services on Java with Jersey platform with JSON response with Oracle WLS as server adapter and was doing well.

I went well till post and put functions , searching is working well , while problem occurs with Post and put , here comes the Ajax and Jquery part , i haven't learnt this , so i need help , kindly u guys are professional here and can give me better guide and searches . I also tried a lot and found too many ways i will try that as well,


i followed THIS tutorial , now i will try more good one .

What i want :


1- (Best) Java Rest Web-Service (approach , which i can continue using in my professional career as well) guide with Java Jersey and JSON response.

2- Ajax and jQuery for Java Web-Services (with JSON response).

3- (Best approach for) Calling JAVA web-services in Android.


Really seeking forward for your help..!

i utilized my winter vacation , now in uni days it is hard to utilize just 3 hours in searching and developing as well... I just want to keep going instead of lurking and searching every day :/ I have a lot of links in Bookmarks but dont have time to give a go on every one of them so suggest me some good tutorial for java WS as mentioned above which also covers Ajax and jquery portion while calling it in Android is also needed as my project will base on Android app...
