Get data from MS ACCESS write on excel file it's throwing error like this, "Exception from HRESULT: 0x800A03EC"(COM EXCEPTION WAS CAUGHT).

Have you tried Google?

It looks like this exception is thrown when you try to access a cell that doesn't exist, such as cell (0)(0) (Excel's cell array is 1-based) or a row greater than 65536 in an old version of Excel (newer versions can handle up to 1048576).

Even I faced the same problem what Rajesh is saying.
Why is that Excel cell is not taking the value when the first chracter is = symbol
