I am developing an app. I still work on a dev server.

I tried to update a root folder on the web server where the app resides, but it seems that something wrong happened as I do not have access to the app anymore when I launch it (403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.)

I just replaced wwwroot folder, deleted some cache files and run IISreset...

If you have any input on this, I will really appreciate it !

this happened to me before not sure if this actually the same case as yours

after few modifications on a website i uploaded it to the hosting Server using FTP and somehow the config file got replaced i started having this problems with post login pages like my account and my profile, the website was using ASP.NET integrated security and that what i had to reconfigure before it was running again.
