I want to ask for possibility of this:-

I want to create an application (winforms) which user can do any updating,inserting,deleting on others place, just like using web updating. Is it possible? I try to learn asp.net but it's too complicated since I learn windows based application. The database will be place on the central(building) connecting to internet. Can I do this? If yes, can someone show me link how to do this?
