但老实说我做的不知道php，drupal和wordpress是如何工作的。

如果有一些免费软件包，可以随时使用而且不需要从头开始开发，对我来说更好。

Hello Everybody,

My office asked me to create the online office bulletin board.
The objective is all office staffs can collaborate each other like sharing and posting articles, messaging and group chats.
I'm a backend developer and know how to create backend applications with microsoft technologies.
But honestly I do not know how php, drupal and wordpress are working.
It's better for me if there are some free packages, ready to use and no need to develop from the scratch.
Please advise me how to host also. ;(

We've already decided to use sharepoint.
Previously we'are thinking about the budget
to use the expensive service. :)
