Save the position of Spitter(s) not groupBoxes. You should also save window/form size, position and, depending on your implementation of position save, window state.

If you absolutely have to, use some separator to do it (but it will easily break if you change the order of the boxes or add new or whatever) like this: "size1,size2,size3"

You'll have to parse it out of course before applying it to the elements.
